"How do your ribs just fall off the bone?"
People ask me all the time, "How do your ribs just fall off the bone??" The short answer is they are just that good. The long answer is our chef executes an exhausting two day process. All meat is hand selected and from the USA! The ribs are trimmed, cleaned and prepared in house. We prefer the country style cooking technique. WE DO NOT SMOKE OUR RIBS. We season, boil, season, glaze, and bake them. The ribs are then coated with a special blend of BBQ sauce, and served with home made coleslaw and our famous waffle fries. The result is magic to true rib lovers. People return on a weekly basis for our $14.95 full slab rib dinner, available only on Wednesdays on a first come, first serve basis. We can not wait to serve you!

Our Tacos are hand made fresh every Tuesday, only using the finest ingredients. Our Chef hand selects and shaves the steak which is harvested in the USA. We use only the freshest tomato and peppers to make our homemade Salsa de Verde! This salsa recipe has been passed down for generations and is one of the many tightly held secrets at Underpass. Chef Armando will not compromise quality and invites you to enjoy the best tacos north of the border. We open for lunch at 11:30. Once they are gone, they are gone. Early arrival is always recommended for this weeky tradition. Underpass Tacos are underpriced at just $1 every Tuesday for dine in orders.
